Aircraft Certification
Whether you're an established aircraft company or an exciting new
start-up, we can help you to certify your aircraft. Our direct experience helping
certify the Kodiak 100 through nearly the entire process combined with a practical and diverse aviation background will be an asset to your project.

Supplemental Type Certificates
Would you like to develop a new STC? These are some of Harrison Aero's favorite projects! Whether you need just a little help to get the
ball rolling with the FAA or you need someone to manage the entire project so
that you can focus on what you do best, we can help.

Part 23 and Part 25 Major Repairs and Alterations
Don’t you sometimes wish your mechanic could just sign off the darn change? Well now you almost can. Though the FAA won’t let someone act as an A&P/IA
and DER at the same time, having an aircraft mechanic background gives a practical and
common-sense approach to repairs and alterations. We can help with the Approved Data you need
for your 337s, and will work closely with your mechanics and technicians to
come up with a solution that meets the Regulations but doesn’t turn into a PhD
research project.
- Design and analysis for repair of metallic
structures
- Design for manufacturability
- Efficient use of commonly available materials
and hardware
- Typical substantiation by analysis, similarity,
or design.
- Non-typical substantiation by test (“…worth a
thousand expert opinions”)
- Data approval with form 8110-3
Engineering Services
Sometimes you don’t need full DER services but just an experienced
engineer to perform design or analysis. We offer dual-rate pricing that provides an affordable and convenient way to finish your project on-budget and on-time.
